1、Basic Requirements of Tug-of-war Posture
No squat but stretch the whole body; do not weigh on the rope laterally; arms against the body and legs straight; keep the best stretched state of the whole body; the body shall not too low; support the body with skeleton not muscle; keep thighs above level.
2、Basic Requirements of Tug-of-war Competition
1. Good at using a variety of favorable factors;
2. Make the rope close to the body and become one;
3. Keep body axis between 30 to 45 degrees;
4. Pull by using two feet constantly, ready to attack anytime;
5. Use sole of feet to keep body from falling down;
6. Soles should slightly outreach ahead;
7. When pulled, the body should keep good postures with soles constantly change forces;
8. Front feet on the ground, heels constantly move from side to side; or both sides of soles constantly change; yank or take backward attack.
